How To Lose 10 Pounds In 2 Weeks

Many people ask me how to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks and is it even possible? The answer is that it's very possible and that there are several ways in which you can do this. You can either reduce your calorie intake, raise the level of your exercise routines, or do a combination of both. You need to be careful to choose a weight loss process which will make it easy for you to maintain this impressive weight loss for a long time.

1. You can spend 2 weeks in intensive aerobic and strength exercise. This will require you to spend more than an hour each day working out. I don't mean taking a stroll. I mean intensive cardio routines such as running, rowing, cycling, swimming, or hiking. The more intense the better. Be aware that if you're not physically fit you may injure yourself by suddenly taking on a large dose of exercise. Choose a reliable fitness plan which will instruct you on how to not go over board.

2. You can use a detox based diet which will cleanse your body and get it to drop a lot of weight fast. But be aware that this will be mostly liquid weight, so that it may not last for a long time.

3. You can use a weight loss plan which is based on Calorie Shifting. This is a weight loss method in which you manipulate your metabolism to remain running high and burning fat at a rapid pace. This is done by constantly changing what you eat so that your metabolism is fooled to believe that you're not even dieting. The primary Calorie Shifting diet, Fat Loss 4 Idiots, can get you to lose 9 pounds in 11 days.

You should remember that losing 10 pounds in 2 weeks requires a firm commitment on your part. You should also know that you'll need to work hard to keep the weight off in the future. Choose a diet plan which is reasonable, doesn't starve you, and is easy to stick to for a long time.

I've been consistently exercising on average four to five times per week doing cardio, strength training or a combination of both for the past four weeks and ending my fifth week--burning 400 to 550 calories per 30-45 minute session. I'm within the last 10 pounds of my weight goal (realistic or not) but am struggling to lose three pounds up until now even though my training is 300% better than what I have been doing the past few months and my diet is without a doubt, an improvement that Richard Simmons would be proud of. (My diet was relatively good to begin with but I'm more conscious of the balance of fat, proteins, and carbohydrates.) Even watching portions, the scale won't budge and I'm trying not to get frustrated from not seeing results on the scale yet. (I am getting firmer and my strength and cardio have improved. I keep thinking my body composition is changing so I may not see the pounds on the scale shifting. Blah.)

Long story short, I want to thank you for sharing this information. I think I've been too strict with my diet and may need to try the caloric shifting approach. I haven't had any junk food because I didn't want to have a reason for falling short of my goals.

I guess patience may be the key. I keep thinking if I keep this up, the consistency of my diet and workout HAS to yield positive results. It's certainly many times better than what I have been doing before...surely something has to give (but hopefully soon).

Any advice would be much, much appreciated. Thank you.
